J. M. Mwangi & Company Advocates LLP is a medium sized firm of Advocates, which was founded by Mr Joseph Mwangi in the year 2010. He is also the current Managing Partner.
J.M Mwangi and company Advocates LLP provides a diversity of legal services to a wide range of clientele that includes but is not limited to banks, constitutional bodies, Financial Institutions, County Governments, Companies and Private Individuals. The firm operates in a technologically enabled environment with full e-mail and internet access facilities.
The Firm has departments: Commercial Conveyance and Litigation. The litigation section deals with corporate and individual litigation and arbitration matters, general civil and criminal litigation. The Commercial Conveyance section deals with transactions that include privatisation, property transactions, legal due diligence, incorporation and liquidation of companies, preparation and registration of debentures, mortgages, charges and other bank security documentations. The firm has the necessary expertise and experience to handle a wide range of legal issues.
Our History
The firm of J.M Mwangi and Company Advocates LLP was founded in the year 2010 by Mr. Joseph Mwangi. Its offices were located at Buttsons Complex Building Room 4. During this time of establishment the firm had two (2) advocates, one (1) secretary, one (1) accountant, one (1) clerk and a process server. The firm of J. M Mwangi and Company Advocates LLP continued to offer quality services to our clients and due to our exemplary performance in provision of legal services our clientele grew to a large number comprising of Banks, County Governments, Constitutional Bodies, Financial Institutions, Companies and Private Individuals. It is for this reason that there arose need to expand our offices in order to accommodate our clients and at the same time continue with our aspiration to provide quality and highly competent legal services. We have also over the time, attracted and retained high caliber team of staff who are committed to utilization of quality management systems to ensure continuous improvement to services given to our clients. Currently the firm of J. M Mwangi and Company Advocates has grown both in size and capacity and has now a team of four (4) advocates, two (2) clerks, one (1) secretary, one(1) accountant, one (1) janitor and four (4) legal assistants.
